**Overview**
**Credit Controller - About the role**
**Your key responsibilities will be to**:
- Reconcile customer statements and provide overview of accounts.
- Preparing any legal paperwork required on accounts that require escalation.
- Communicate with both internal and external customers.
- Highlight accounts with high level of debt to ensure risk is minimised.
- Negotiate with customers to resolve outstanding issue/debt.
- Provide management with analysis of late payers
- Dealing with outstanding queries.
- Ad-hoc tasks when required.
**The successful Credit Controller will have**:
- Ability to establish and maintain good stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 12 months Credit Controller experience.
- Previous use of SAP is preferred but training will be given.
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Accountability for their work and have excellent organisation skills
