UK & International Payroll & Benefits Manager - London - c £80000 p.a
An expanding consultancy are seeking to hire a strong operational UK & International Payroll & Benefits Manager with good working knowledge of Appendix 7 and Foreign Tax Credits.
The Payroll & Benefits Manager will be responsible for;
Managing a large payroll team, ensuring the delivery of the payrolls for UK and global offices and that SLA's are met.
- Overseeing / managing the benefits process including pensions.
- Managing payroll and benefits vendors.
- Annual benefits provider reviews.
- Training, development and motivation of the payroll team.
- Improving policies and procedures.
The successful applicant will;
- Have previous UK payroll and benefits management experience within a high volume payroll environment for a global business.
- Knowledge of Appendix 7.
- Have previously led and developed a payroll team.
- Have systems implementation / testing experience.
