**Fitness Supervisor - White City House Health Club**

We are seeking an outgoing, organised and experienced team leader who will be able to supervise the day to day running of the White City House Fitness Club. You will support the Health Club Management Team with the day-to-day operations of the department and effectively supervise the team of Receptionists, Cleaners and Personal Trainers and Instructors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and lead the in-club guest journey, providing industry-leading service to all members
- Deliver the clubs fitness & retail services revenue targets though use of upselling
- To structure site briefings and ensure open, effective communication between departments
- Act as duty manager as required following procedures both opening closing and reporting, meet all health and safety obligations including completion of relevant checks
- Coaching and developing team members to offer an exceptional level of service to all members

**Requirements**:

- Obtain a minimum requirement of being level 2 fitness trained
- Ability to teach classes to a high standard both in the studio and on the gym floor
- Ability to mentor, motivate coach and development team members to achieve their potential
- Good level of knowledge of the hospitality and fitness industry
- Ability to meet set targets and deadlines
