Elite Care Solutions Limited is a Registered Domiciliary Care Service based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for understanding, patient, trustworthy, kind and honest females to support a lady with Cerebral Palsy based in the Scunthorpe area.

You will be required to assist with nutrition, personal care, medication and general assistance around the home. You will also be able to use the lady's vehicle to drive to appointments or other activities out in the community.

**You must hold a full UK driving licence for this role.**
