As an Operations Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to analyse customer needs will contribute to the success of our team. If you have excellent phone etiquette, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
- Support and effectively manage inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and query handling
- Maintain a sound knowledge of order processes and issues
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of customer interactions, orders and restaurant partner details.
- Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
**Requirements**:
- Good phone etiquette.
- Able to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
**Schedule**:
- 40 hours per week, shift pattern throughout the week, Monday-Sunday.
- Either work the day shift, **1200-2000 **or evening shift, **1600-0000.**:
- Work as part of a 5 person operations agent team.
