Customer Success Executive

RS Safety solutions has been supporting the industry and food sector in the market for over a combined 150 years through our Melton & Newport sites A high-service distributor supporting customers with an extensive range of more than 100,00 products available through both sites.
RS Safety Solutions part of the RS Group are looking for a confident, vibrant person to join our busy customer success team, you will you joining a team of 15 members who are very passionate and knowledgeable in their role.
**What you will be doing**:
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be reporting into one of our amazing Customer Success Team Leaders who will provide support and guidance to ensure you’re an expert in your role.
You will be responsible for you own portfolio of customers this would involve some order processing, handling general customer enquiries, quote requests, managing invoice queries, raising customer returns and maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem solving resources.
Providing excellent customer service with a high emphasis on communication and build close and lasting relationships with customers.
