Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join their team, based in their Head Office in Basingstoke.

**What you'll enjoy as the Credit Controller**:

- £26 - £30k pa
- 37 hours per week Monday - Friday

**As the Credit Controller you will**:

- Collect due and overdue open items
- Identify, reconcile and recommend approaches for out of line accounts
- Collect AR customer defined ledgered accounts
- Provide customer statements and ad-hoc reports
- Ad hoc account reconciliation and blocked order release
- Assist in the standardisation of processes and reporting
- Share knowledge and good working practices throughout the AR team
- Complete monthly cash forecast for customer portfolio
- Attend meetings as required (Internal & external)
- Undertake administration of customer invoicing through external platforms
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration and intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues
- Undertake full monthly ledger reviews with customer collections and management team

**To be successful as the Credit Controller you will have**:

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- The ability to work as part of a team or independently
- A forward thinking approach
- SAP experience - Intermediate level
- Excel experience - Intermediate level
