**Job Profile - how the role contributes to the success of Elite EMS**

To support the overall growth and performance of the business by undertaking general Recruitment administration activities as directed by the Head of Recruitment & People or business needs. To ensure an effective, efficient and consistent approach to all administration tasks and completion in a timely and accurate manner. Provide accurate reporting of data/stats as required by the business. Support the Head of Recruitment & people by supporting the overall Recruitment and HR Strategies as part of the wider People & Culture Strategy delivery and undertake designated projects where required. To ensure an effective, efficient and consistent attraction, recruitment and onboarding process for all applicants to the business. Provide accurate reporting of data/stats as required by the business.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**

**Undertake the following tasks and responsibilities including**:

- To work with key stakeholders to design job descriptions as well as promote and manage these through a range of channels in a timely manner.
- Advertise vacancies on multimedia platforms and positively interact with feedback chat in a prompt manner - this may include out of hours.
- To support the Head of Recruitment to build a social profile within the local community to position Elite EMS as an Employer of Choice within the Private Ambulance/Care Sector.
- To work together as a HR & Recruitment team and share information in order to support delivery of key business requirements.
- To thrive in a target driven environment
- Build strong and credible relationships based on good communications and trust with management to implement business changes and more effective recruitment and onboarding processes
- To ensure that the recruitment compliance process is adhered to with accuracy and consistency at all times.

**To work alongside the Head of Recruitment to ensure**:

- All on-boarding activities are carried out in line with process and best experience methodologies
- All Recruitment policies and procedures in line with employment legislation
- The effective implementation and adherence to of companywide HR & Recruitment policies and procedures in line with employment legislation
- Ensure overall compliance with NHS Trust and CQC compliance requirements for all Staff.
- The production of monthly HR report and statistics as required by the Director of P&C or Head of Recruitment.
- Be a portal for the introduction of relevant new ideas often from outside of the company, to challenge existing thinking and creatively address issues with relevant solutions.
- Ensure the 100% effectiveness of Recruitment administration & compliance.
- Ensure the effectiveness of Recruitment administration

**Projects [as designated]**
- Participate in and or lead projects which may be companywide or more limited in scope. these may well be sponsored by the Head of Recruitment, Director of P&C or an operational Senior Manager business leader

**Essential Education**

- Good general education background to include GCSE English & Maths at level 5 or above.
- A Level qualification in Business Studies
