**Senior Recruitment Administrator for Human Resources**:

**Description of Team / Department**:
Recruitment
**Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role**:
The Recruitment team works alongside the business providing a full recruitment service.
The Recruitment Department acts as a single point of contact for all recruitment transactions and queries. Providing robust auditable working practices and delivering maximum service delivery and accuracy to customers throughout the UK business.
Providing exceptional customer service, guidance, and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Processing all recruitment transactional activities within Workday such managing interviews, references and drafting employment contracts etc.
Ensuring compliance with appropriate processes and controls - driving efficiency and corrective action as required.
**Skills / Experience**:
Customer service experience
