**Community Support Worker - Falmouth**

**£14.00 Per Hour** - **Immediate Start**:
Synergy Carers are recruiting Community Support Workers to provide essential personal care to their service users based here in Falmouth, Cornwall.

It will be working with a well-established care company and can offer a variety of shift patterns from mornings/mids and lates.

You will be paid £14.00 per hour PAYE across the entirety of your shift and will accrue annual leave on top of this rate.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
- Prepare and serve meals.
- Assist with medication administration.
- Light housework.
- Provide companionship and social support.
