The Primary First Trust is a growing network of 10 individual primary schools across Bexley, Gravesham, and Medway. Our goal is to be first for primary education - offering first-class outcomes and overall pupil experiences, being the first choice for parents and staff, and leading as thought leaders pushing boundaries and raising standards.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, can-do attitude individual with a business partnering approach to join our Trust Human Resources Team at this exciting time as we grow and develop our current portfolios of primary schools.
You will be the first point of contact on Human Resources matters while driving good practice and leading on all aspects of the Employee Life cycle at a school level. You will work closely with our Headteachers, senior managers and staff, providing expert guidance on the build and delivery of solutions which support the achievement of Trust objectives and our People Plan. You should be skilled in building effective and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders as well as colleagues in our People and Culture Directorate.
Key Accountabilities
- Take a proactive and lead role in conversations with key stakeholders and use influencing skills to develop and deliver people plans and solutions which are aligned to functional and Turst objectives.
- Lead and have absolute clarity on all HR activity in areas of responsibility, drive changes to ensure most effective use of people resource and monitor and report on value add.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen across all functional areas of support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholder.
- Coach stakeholders in the use of data reporting for people related data and drive focussed actions into the charity to positively impact performance, e.g., retention, attendance, and engagement to achieve agreed target.

**About you**:
- Extensive experience in a Human Resources role (within State Education is a plus)

**Salary**:
£40,833 to 43,857, depending on experience.
