About The Role***

To work as part of a small team at Various Location within Central London (TFL Zone One) responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the assigned client site.

As a representative of The OCS Front of house team, you will ensure that an exceptional service is provided as per the contract requirements. You will ensure that all assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner and all relevant legislation is adhered to.
- You will be working Monday to Friday from 18:30 to 22:00, 17.5 hours per week.**Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role**
- Work with the multi-disciplinary team in providing a supportive working environment.
- To promote a professional and friendly image for all visitors, patients, and staff.
- Provide Cover for the site reception and switchboard as and when required.
- General administrative duties to include Photocopying, faxing and the use of a computer and franking machine as required.
- Check, maintain and set up meeting rooms in accordance with daily requirements
- Collect and deliver outgoing and incoming mail and parcel post.
- Remove or relocate furniture and or equipment as requested.
- General Portering Duties as required both internal and external to the assigned building.
- Restock restroom consumable products as required or requested.
- Collect and remove all general rubbish bags and Clinical waste from the building to their appropriate collection points.
- Ensure the building and surrounding area is kept clear of any debris/rubbish.
- Conduct general building safety and security patrols.
- General Cleaning duties as assigned
- Compliance with all identified legislation, i.e. H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments.
- To protect the security and safety of the identified buildings and personnel, All duties must be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
- Comply with all assigned Site, Assignment Instructions and task lists.
- Other duties commensurate with the role as requested by OCS Management and the Site Supervisor.

**Health & Safety accountabilities**
- Communicate regularly with colleagues through formal and informal channels on safety matters to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas and that morale remains high.
- Ensure that the OCS safety image is reflected positively through your actions and those of your colleagues.
- Ensure that personal H&S competence and skill level is maintained i.e. attended Managing Safety programme and other Company safety events.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that plant and equipment is maintained and fit for purpose.
- Ensure that work activities are properly managed and supervised.

**Critical Performance Measures (CPMs) / Objectives**
- Customer Service
- Adhere to the assigned Site Assignment instructions.
- Achieve above 95% for front of house audit scores.

**Educational Level**
- Good Basic literacy & numeracy skills
- SIA security Licence desirable but not essentials. Basic First Aid Certificate
**Professional Qualifications required for the job-(particularly for compliance purposes or technical requirements of the role)**
- SIA Licence
- NVQ - Administration
- NVQ - Customer Service **Experience -previous experience -desirable/essential for technical competence of the role**
- Previous experience in a similar hospital environment **Personal Characteristics/Attributes**
- Good command of English language both oral and written.
- Strong customer services skills and experience
- Present a professional self-image of confidence and authority to enable effective customer service delivery.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and multi-service team service personnel to achieve results.
