My client is an online booking system for salons, barbers and freelancers within the hair and beauty industry. Since its launch in 2019, over 400,000 hair and beauty appointments have been booked by over 90,000 customers. They pride themselves on being themost affordable online booking system and they provide unlimited features that allow clients to book with ease and allow businesses to avoid time-consuming paperwork and excess admin.

They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team based in Liverpool City Centre. As the Marketing Manager, you will effectively structure and analyse monthly growth plans through sales and marketing.

**The Role**:

- Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
- Provides sales leads and information for our account manager via marketing and social platforms
- Help to detail, design, and implement marketing plans
- Set marketing schedules and coordinate with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
- Develops sales strategies and approaches for promotions and sponsored events, etc.
- Analyses trends, data, demographics & pricing strategies
- Social media content creation and management
- Attend trade shows and travel to meet clients as needed
- Organise events and networking meetings
- Conduct research to identify industry needs
- Maintaining the website and conducting and looking at data analytics
- Manage and create mail campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of commercial marketing experience (Ideally management)
- Liverpool based
- Experience within the beauty industry is desirable but not a deal breaker
