**Pay for Senior Support Worker**:
**£13.50ph (£28,080pa) -** (Less than 12 months Senior experience & Qualified L3/L4)

**£14.50ph (£30,160pa) -** (More than 12 months Senior experience & Qualified L3/L4)

**Sleep in allowance £50.00 per sleep (Additional £5,300pa)**

We are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker who is ambitious, driven and wants to work for an organisation that is prepared to do things differently, to support its staff fully through training and support for you as well a s the young people.

**Earn between £33,380pa - £35,460pa **(inclusive of sleep-ins) - We use structured pay grades based on training, experience and qualifications.

**Sickness Pay Benefits**:

- 2 weeks full pay per annum, followed by 2 weeks half pay per annum, followed by SSP. (On successful completion of probation)

**Essential Job Requirements**
- Diploma or NVQ Level 3 / 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
- A Full Manual UK Driver’s License
- Understanding of attachment and trauma in relation to young people.
- A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
- Experience working with Young People within a residential environment
- Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues and complex needs including challenging behaviour.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £33,380pa - £35,460pa(inclusive of sleep-ins)

Schedule: 7:30am-10:30pm + Sleep x 2, then 4 x off, repeated.

15 hour shifts x 2 on

4 days off

Overtime available

**Education**:

- Loughborough (preferred)

- Loughborough: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
