**We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our business, as we enter a period of hyper-growth.**:
You will play a key role in ensuring critical hiring targets are met, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.

This role is based on-site in Edinburgh, working in a truly collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

**As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Enoda, you'll spend your time**
- Working with stakeholders to deliver on business-critical requirements and longer terms hiring plans
- Creating and implementing creative recruitment strategies, taking ownership of the screening, assessment and offer process
- Utilising advanced sourcing techniques including machine learning and AI platforms to identify the world’s best talent
- Ensuring the recruitment process is inclusive and that diversity and equity are maintained as the business grows
- Creating clear and concise job adverts and additional content to promote live vacancies across various online channels
- Taking a data-driven approach to recruitment, regularly reporting on key metrics and market trends
- Continuously reviewing internal processes, suggesting innovations to meet the demands of the business
- Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and wider HR colleagues to promote employer brand

**The key experience we're looking for**
- Previous experience gained from either a 360 agency role, or internal TA role is essential
- Proven ability to develop trusted stakeholder relationships at all levels
- You will be a natural team player, with a creative mindset in terms of problem-solving
- Strong administrative skills, with a data-driven approach to recruitment
- Excellent time management, with experience working with either high volumes or within a fast-paced environment
- Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media channels

**What we offer**
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on skills & experience
- A flexible pension policy tailored to your requirements
