In this pivotal role, you'll dive deep into the professional talent landscapes of the UK and India, extracting actionable insights that'll redefine our talent acquisition strategies and decision-making processesYou'll transform complex market research into clear, actionable intelligence, ensuring we're not just data-informed but insights-drivenYour efforts will benchmark us against competitors, shedding light on their performance and strategies – informing and shaping our approach towards attracting talentWhat you'll do As a Talent Market Insights Manager, you'll be at the forefront of researching and understanding the nuances of the talent market. Your work will directly inform and shape our recruitment strategies, making you a key player in our organisation's success. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and delivering insightful talent intelligence to shape our recruitment strategy, using a blend of internal and external data sources, market analysis, and competitor intelligenceCreating insights that combine data about people, jobs, skills, competitors, and locations to drive business decisionsEmploying storytelling with data to present findings clearly, highlighting trends, new patterns, and insights to stakeholders in a compelling mannerPartnering with leadership to translate findings into actionable recommendations, offering project support for broader initiatives as neededRegularly delivering data and insights packs, keeping abreast of external labour market trends and internal hiring demands to continually refine our insights reportingThe skills you'll need We're looking for someone with a detailed understanding of collating, interpreting and analysing talent marketplace data. Ideally, you'll also have experience with open-source intelligence research and knowledge of data visualisation tools like Looker Studio or Tableau.

Additionally, you'll need outstanding organisational and planning skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, great data literacy and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You'll also need:

A proven track record in generating engaging, data-led insights and presenting them across various levels of seniorityDeep knowledge of the professional talent landscapes in the UK and IndiaExcellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Talent InsightsAn excellent storytelling ability
