**Key Requirements**
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of rainscreen cladding and remediation

- Aptitude in decision-making with an ability to work well under pressure against strict deadlines
- Personable with an ability to establish and maintain strong lasting relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
