You will be reponsible for supporting the Asset Care Team to achieve measured indicators and supporting the Etex Masterplan through the application of PM pillar principles.

What you'll do:

Planning and optimising workload for the Shop floor engineering function, working alongside key stakeholders.

Working with improvement engineers to deliver business savings, whilst supporting the Maintenance Operational Manager ensuring any RCA actions from unplanned stoppages are planned in a timely manner.

Providing procurement support as required.

Optimising the use of third parties and internal resource.

Collaborating with production, and logistics planners to identify and publish line downtime opportunities.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in production maintenance roadmapping and planning related activities
  • Experience in planning and procurement support for engineering teams
  • Deep understanding of CMMS
  • Contractor management and coordination experience
