**Full Time - 35 Hours per Week
Supporting the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies by providing financial analysis and management information for both strategic and operational purposes to business partners and school colleagues.

**The Opportunity**:
Supporting the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies achieve its strategic goals by providing financial analysis and management information for both strategic and operational purposes, as well as financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. To share knowledge and understanding of financial policy and procedure by liaising with staff across various business areas.

Your skills and attributes for success:

- Be a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant, preferably with a degree or HND in a relevant discipline, and have previous relevant experience. This should reflect some sort of team leadership or management.
- Experience of managing projects and budgets.
- Experience of providing insightful analysis and advice to stakeholders.
- Proven written and oral communication skills and the ability to explain finance concepts and the implications of financial decisions to stakeholders
- Good inter-personal and time management skills and ability to influence others.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently and collaboratively when managing activities and projects
