**Job Title: Multimedia Designer
Location: Hybrid working with Sunderland office

**Salary**: up to £30k (depending on skills and experience)**

Our client is an independent creative, digital and design advertising agency that sparks and sustains successful brands for high-profile clients in the healthcare sector and they’re looking to expand their Creative Team with a new ambitious and motivatedMultimedia Designer.

The agency specialise in human and animal health sectors. Working with major global brands, they develop marketing communications targeting healthcare professionals, payers, influencers, patients and consumers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Storyboarding, idea generation, creating user flows, low & high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
- Participate in initial briefings and workshops, to understand and advocate for the user’s needs.
- Present, both internally and to client stakeholders.
- Demonstrating exceptional communication skills, drive, enthusiasm and a ‘can-do/problem solving’ attitude.
- Maintaining the highest level of proficiency in the use of appropriate software programmes, keeping up to date with technical and design industry developments.
- Liaising with other team members to manage and influence the quality of all design solutions.
- Ensuring a full awareness of the allocated budget and deadline delivery expectations.

**Relevant Experience**:

- The ability to demonstrate graphic/multimedia design talent across a various range of media, platforms and deliverables.
- The following technical skills: advanced use of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma/Sketch and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Significant experience with video/animation production.
- Understanding of web design/UX/UI concepts and processes.
- Experience in using website content management systems such as Drupal, WordPress, Acoustic etc.
- Excellent communication skills in order to present verbally and visually to both the Account Manager and/or clients.
- The following professional qualities: attention to detail, the ability to work to deadlines and estimate time required, a high level of motivation, the ability to manage multiple projects and problem solve.
- An up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in digital design and software.
- A portfolio that demonstrates varied background in different aspects of digital design.

**Desirable**:

- HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- E-learning module development.
