Part Time Property Administrator

We are looking for proactive individuals who will embrace our Customer Service based ethos.

You will be working in our centrally located Ipswich office within our small friendly team.

Duties will include:

- Answering calls, directing calls
- Diary management with a high focus on recording information and updating individuals.
- Communication between Landlords/Tenants/Contractors
- Key attention to detail and recording of information
- Assisting with day to day running of a busy office
- Keeping self-motivated and team spirited

This is a role for someone who is looking to be an integral part of our business, remaining calm under pressure.

Hours of work expected are Monday to Friday plus one Saturday a month.

25 Hours per week

**The successful applicant will have;**

Solid administrative experience, preferably at least 2 years experience in a fast paced office environment. Calm, motivated and highly organised, possess persuasion and customer service skills, with an exemplary telephone manner and a full, clean UK driving licence.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
