We are looking for someone to join our team as a **Logistics Administrator** within our busy, yet fun Logistics office. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has some experience working within a busy administration environment however if you’re professional, well organised, can work on your own initiative and have great communication skills, then we’d like to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaison with drivers, suppliers, customers
- Collation of data for reports
- Producing driver and shipment paperwork
- Processing shipping documents
- Processing export and import customs declarations
- Completing carrier and insurance claims

**Personal Profile & Desired Skills**:

- Previous experience within a transport or logistics office
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A team player
- Self-motivated and a positive attitude
- Confidential & discrete
- Highly organised
- Competent IT skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal)
- Capable of working with all levels and all departments within the business

**General**:
Act in a reasonable & compliant manner
- Ensure all processes & polices are adhered to
- Flexible & agile - current company practice is you may be expected to undertake work within other departments to assist with workloads or to provide holiday / sickness cover, as and when required
- Ensure that you maintain a high standard of personal presentation

The hours of work are 37 hours (Monday - Friday)
