The Financial Transactions section are looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our small team as a fixed office worker based at West Offices.

The core responsibilities of the post include

To ensure all monies received via direct banking are correctly recorded into the councils financial systems on a daily basis.

Cheques received are processed accurately and prepared for submission to the bank.

This role requires high levels of accuracy and organisation as well as the ability to prioritise workloads and flexibility to meet the needs of the service during peak times.
