Assist in the forward planning for meetings, preparing the agenda, papers collated and distributed appropriately and be proactive in ensuring deadlines are met Bi-monthly and as required, minute taking at divisional meetings to the required standard Assist with the complaints process for the division proactively monitoring against divisional and Trust key performance targets, tracking and closing of action plans. Assist in the monitoring and accurate record keeping of divisional governance requirements in line with Trust corporate governance and audit policies.
