A fantastic opportunity has arrived for a full time HR administrator in the Clacton
- on
- Sea area. You will be reporting to the group HR manager in a warm, welcoming, and friendly team who really do like to make a difference.

This role is office based at the Headquarters building based in Clacton.

Salary

It is essential you are Microsoft office proficient and knowledgeable about employment laws. You must be able to work alone and maintain confidentiality. Our client is ideally looking for someone who can show empathy and is passionate about helping people.This role will require attention for detail and ability to handle pressure.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting the team with administrative tasks
- Up keeping the HR system used
- Monitoring PDR process and processing leavers
- Maintain and updating compliance
- Support the recruitment processes, update job descriptions, and maintain notice board
- Assist with the organising of employee events
- Keeping up with inbox
- Statistical reporting, note taking and prepping letters.
- Covid Cases management
- Lunch bookings for business meetings
- Entire process for travel eg. Flight sourcing
