The Ascot Shop is managed by IMG as part of the representation and services that IMG provide to Ascot Racecourse Ltd. 2023 marks the seventh year of IMG's relationship with Ascot.

We will operate five shops during Royal Ascot and be open for a further eleven Race Meetings from July - October and we are looking to employ staff for each of these events.

Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring high levels of customer service are met
- Developing a strong product knowledge
- Working on the tills
- Replenishing stock
- Handling stock deliveries

Please note that the initial event, Royal Ascot, runs from Tuesday 20th Saturday 24th June 2023 and will require more staff than any other race meeting. There will also be some pre and post-event employment opportunities.

All staff must attend a mandatory training day before working in the Ascot Shop. This will take place on Monday 19th June 2023.
