Betting Assistant

TRAK Employment Solutions are looking for multiple people to work at the Royal Ascot this year from the 20th until 24th of June.

Hours are 10am-7pm paying £11.95 an hour which you will be paid the following Friday before 5:30pm.

**Daily lunch will be provided**

**What will the role involve?**
- Provide customers with exceptional customer service standards, engaging with customers demonstrating a sound knowledge of all bets
- Operate all betting equipment effectively and as requested
- Work accurately and balance your cash at the end of the meeting
- Adhere to our Gambling Commission Licensing Policy
- Work in hospitality areas (boxes, restaurants, lawns etc) as and when required
- Ensure you are well informed about live marketing campaigns and pro-actively approach customers and explain the current promotions, offers and general service/bet types
- Undertake training on specific dates and e-learning courses as required

**WORK EXPERIENCE**:
Previous work in the betting industry is desirable but not essential.
