We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Operations Co-ordinator on a Temp to Perm basis to start immediatley to provide essential support in our busy, expanding business. The role involves: administrative tasks, project coordination, client/vendor relations, data management, and office organisation.

**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities include the following:
Maintain accurate records and documents related to projects.

Assist in preparing and proofreading correspondence and reports.

Track project timelines, prepare meeting documentation, and maintain project files.

Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring excellent customer service.

Help manage client/vendor relationships and schedule meetings/site visits.

Assist in compiling and organising project data, and support report preparation.

Maintain an organised, positive office environment.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a office operations coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.

Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in using office software and tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
