**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers, to work within a new service, supporting 4 people. This service will be supporting people with learning disabilities, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence.
- We live in a 4 bedroom Bungalow all four of us have our own bedrooms, We are 1 female and 3 Males housemates.
- Our Age range is from 61 years - 81 Years old.
- We have one person supported who uses a wheelchair indoors, but all people supported use their wheelchairs outdoors.
- We live in a 4 bedroom detached Bungalow and share The Lounge, Dining/Kitchen, Conservatory, Bathroom, Cloakroom and gardens. What have another 2 bungalows along side us and next door is also a supported living service with our organisation.
- We have a range of preferred Activities depending on the person supported. They include Bowling, Cinema, Theatre, and going out for Meals. One of us goes to day services twice a week, we like to watch Comedy programmes, Old Movies and exercise sessions on you tube. One of us likes to sit in the conservatory looking out the window. We are also supported to explore our local communities.- We have 2 colleagues on shift during the day on a long day shift - 7am-9pm. On some days we have a 3rd member of staff on a Flexi Shift, which can be 9am until 2pm or a 9am until 4pm and a 2pm until 9pm. We also have 1 staff member throughout the night on a waking night from 9pm until 7am.**Your values**:
