Senior Bartender

We are looking for a hospitality career-focused individual to provide a Peppermint guest drinking experience to our drinks lovers. Our bartenders enjoy plenty of freedom for experimentation in order to innovatively develop our beverage programme, be fully responsible for the creative side of the business, along with ensuring standards are kept high. **THE ROLE**

Your role as Senior Bartender is to supervise, support and provide real-time feedback for the bar team. You will be key to identifying and resolving workplace problems on shift and ensuring our high standards are consistently met. This role requires a proactive attitude and great attention to detail to ensure your team are performing to their full potential and in line with company expectations. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be a fully competent Bartender
- Monitor our Bartenders, the quality of our product and the mood of the customers to ensure the consistency and quality of service and products are maintained.
- Score above 90% in the Mystery shopper report.
- Buddy-up with new staff members.
- Ensure all trainees score above 80% in cocktail spec test and bartender training test.
- Effectively deal with customer complaints to ensure we have no complaints on our online platforms.
- Troubleshoot to resolve any workplace issues, aim to find a solution quickly and execute effectively.
- Deliver effective cocktail masterclasses to our guests
- Get involved with any training available to you
- Deal with change and till authorisation
- Ensure the bar is ready for service
- Ensure checklists are completed
