Job Title: Business Admin/ Sales Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Admin/ Sales Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who excels in providing exceptional customer service, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our business. As an Admin/ Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with queries and requests, onboarding new clients, scheduling meetings, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular check-ins. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

**Duties**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Send out quote requests to suppliers
- Create customer quotes
- Engage with clients directly to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, fostering strong relationships built on trust and reliability.
- Proactively check in with clients to assess their satisfaction with our services, address any issues or concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ambitious and hardworking, with drive to excel in the company

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience with Sage
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles

Future Prospects:

- Potential to progress into a Key Account Manager position

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
