Student Loans Company is a non-profit making Government-owned organisation to provide loans and grants to students in universities and colleges in the UK. **Job description**:
**SLC offer a Blend working model which will typically be 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.**

**Person specification**:
**What you bring**:

- Experience of leading the delivery of corporate wide change initiatives and representing the People Directorate as the SME on multiple projects.
- Excellent analytical skills, able to identify broader trends through analysis and determine appropriate action plans and coordinating resources to meet desired outcomes.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to positively influence senior stakeholders and wok collaboratively with the wider People Directorate.
- Educated to Degree level with a Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent qualification/experience.
