**What We Are Looking For...**:
**Role Overview**:
The Press and Influencer Assistant will be a key member of the team and be responsible for dealing with and servicing media, influencers, and talent agents on a daily basis. The Press and Influencer Assistant will establish and maintain close working relationships with the industry as well as internal stakeholders companywide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordination of daily press coverage and media reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with editorial and agent contacts, as well as digital communities (publications and influencers)
- Manage press and influencer requests for samples, store appointments, images and prices including placing online orders
- Manage all sample call backs and processing returns from store and online
- Work closely with the Brand, Content and Social teams to proactively identify and engage with talent spanning all sectors (fashion, art, music etc.)
- Compile and regularly update celebrity/VIP gifting lists to ensure talent are always on brand and culturally relevant ahead of launches
- Assist with gifting programmes, VIP outreach and dressing
- Support PR team with seasonal and ad hoc events
- Maintain the global contact database
- Monitor media and celebrity/ VIP/ influencer sightings on a day-to-day basis, compiling and circulating weekly/monthly reports to the wider business
- Manage and update the influencer content monitoring platform (Tribe Dynamics)
- Ensure press showroom & store room are tidy, showroom is merchandised and samples are replenished
- Build mailers and compile trend copy and press releases, pitching such assets to key media

**Essential Skills & Requirements**:

- One year of experience working in a busy press office or agency across fashion, lifestyle or other creative industries
- A strong interest in fashion and youth culture including a passion for current digital trends and social channels
- The desire and ability to contribute fresh and innovative ideas
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- The means to forge strong relationships
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote This role is hybrid with time being split across Head Office in West London and our Style Studio in Central London
