FACIEM DERMATOLOGY is a highly reputable small clinic in the heart of Kensington. We are currently in interim treatment rooms whilst our retail shop is finalised nearby. We have been a dedicated Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology service since 2019. We have over a 1000 clients in London and a few hundred in Birmingham and growing. We are extremely professional and evidence based and clients rely on us to offer them the best of dermatology & aesthetics without false hopes and gimmicks. Our new office headquarters starts from 1st May.

Faciem Dermatology ( Derma Medical UK Ltd) is seeking a full time reliable assistant for its headquarters at its offices in Fora, Notting Hill Gate. This is beautiful modern office envirnoment with access to many amentinities onsite, as one of our staff you will be given the following benefits:

Your role will include

1. Organising Staff diary

2. Taking new bookings through answering the phone and whatsapp communications with existing and new clients.

5. Yours hours will include Monday to Saturday, Some days can be done from home.

6. You will also be asked to assit in the set up of the new buisness venture which you will be given details of at the interview. This will enhance your exposure to the skincare industry.

7. Over time you will be rewarded with IT equipment, onsite amenities and increased rates of pay as well as industry events and parties.

8. You must maintain highest levels of organisation and be courteous at all times.

Pay: From £12.00 per hour
