We have an excellent opportunity for you to join Maylin x Dr. Jinah Yoo Dermatology, a Korean dermatology/aesthetic clinic based in Harley street medical area.

We are seeking an experienced full-time receptionist with great customer service skills and knowledge in aesthetics.

Key Tasks:

  • Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining a smooth flow of patient care.
  • Greet and assist patients.
  • Answer the telephone and deal with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner
  • Collect and record patient payments
  • Maintain excellent customer service, treatment quality, and treatment education.
  • Manage schedules and stock check.
  • Perform other required duties.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 3 years of aesthetic front of house/reception experience
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office.
  • Wellpresented.
  • Motivated, selfdriven enthusiastic person with strong communication skills

Salary:
£25-28K per year

Schedule:

  • 8hour shift (10am6pm)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Occasional saturday shift from 9am2pm (can take full day inlieu during weekday)
  • Fulltime staff required

Supplemental Pay Types:

  • Commission pay/bonus

Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year
