Branch Administrator

Our leading and award-winning company within the automotive trade has an opportunity for a Branch Administrator in their Bristol Specialist department. The role is a great move if you are looking to work for a very stable, secure yet growing company.

- Working hours are 8:00am - 17:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Holidays are 21 days plus bank holidays
- Company pension
- Salary is up to £24,000 with OTE potential of £27,000
The Branch Administrator role:
- You'll be answering telephone enquiries and dealing with walk-in customers
- Handling customer complaints
- Assisting the Branch Manager with stock procurement from internal and external sources and stock checks
- Liaise with other branches to co-ordinate stock where needed.
- Dealing with branch banking procedures
- General administration duties
The ideal Branch administrator:
- strong background in customer service, and administration ideally within the automotive industry (but this is not essential).
- You will also need to be happy to do some manual handling on occasion.
- Strong organisational skills are a must for the role
- You will need to have excellent communication skills and have a confident and hardworking approach and enjoy being a team member
