_**A great chance to join a unique Residential Lettings business based in Glasgow’s East end in a busy role with a quick start and a 6 month full time contract**_

Our client is leading the way with a new approach to Residential Lettings focussed around providing affordable homes within a social enterprise led business model, so this is an excellent opportunity to part of a team making a real difference to peoples lives.
- **Key duties**:_
- Prioritise and organise repairs/maintenance across circa 500 properties - keeping tenants and landlords updated on works and building strong relationships
- Ensuring all works are completed on time and to budgets/deadlines
- Managing the compliance of properties under management, making sure they comply with all current legislation and actioning any works required for EPC, Gas Safety, EICR, PAT etc
- Co-ordinating and planning light refurbs/improvements to properties from condition reports received
- Carrying out all connected office administration including invoicing and record keeping
- Resolution of any complaints in a prompt professional manner

**In return you can look forward to an excellent salary package of £28-32k, full time working hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. 6 month contract position with potential for extension/permanent status within the business upon completion.**

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
