Excellent job opportunity for an Administrator to join one of Scotland’s iconic brands. This is a temporary role until June/July 2023, making it an ideal opportunity for a student or someone with future commitments. Immediate start available.

About your new role as Customer Logistics Administrator
General administration duties including:

- Record all debit notes received
- Request paperwork from 3rd Party Logistic partners
- Review shipping issues and report weekly figures
- Action Return Merchandise Authorisations.

Hours of work & Pay:
Mon - Fri - 7.5 hours per day totalling 37.5 per week
Your 7.5hrs will be worked between 08:00 to 18:00. No nights required.

About you:

- You’ll be a confident administrator with proven experience
- Strong IT skills
- Highly organised with an ability to manage their time and prioritise effectively.

Preferred but not essential:

- Familiar with processes and ERP systems (Enterprise resource planning) such as SAP, Oracle would be advantageous
- Valid Driving Licence to accommodate office location
- Ideally you’ll be familiar with reconciling both order and invoicing data

This is a PAYE contract, where you accrue holidays separately from your wages at 28 days p.a. pro-rata and contributions are made towards your pension as per current legislation.

*Direct PAYE Contracts: pay + holidays + pension. Not Umbrella or CIS - NO payroll fees*
