We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, 2 days per week.

Our reception is the first point of contact for all external and internal customers, and we like to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

The Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring the administration tasks are carried out to a high standard whilst ensuring our customer needs are met efficiently.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Answer calls that are directed to reception
- Direct and welcome all visitors and contractors to the business
- Managing the mail
- Managing and booking meeting rooms
- Supplies/ordering - office supplies and work wear / PPE
- Maintain front door security and access swipe cards for all staff

**Requirements**:
What is important to us is that you have a 'can do' attitude and are able to cope with a busy and varied workload, where no 2 days are the same. You must have experience in a similar role and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, including Teams.

This role is for 2 days per week, Monday and Tuesday. Flexibility is needed and you must be able to cover holidays 5 days per week when required.

You will be based at our Ochils site in Blackford, Perthshire. Hours at 08.30 - 1630 each day. £11.59 per hour plus benefits.
