- Successful applicants will demonstrate national or potential international peer esteem for achievements in Research AND/OR learning and teaching as well as some evidence of generating external income for Research funding and/or pedagogic development, commensurate with discipline norms.
- Evidence of presenting at conferences or exhibiting work at other appropriate events and having a successful record of academic leadership will be clear.
- The school expects all staff to contribute to the provision and help deliver a high-quality student experience.
