A rare and exciting part time role for an experienced Wedding Coordinator/Planner

Attention to detail, exceptional customer service, calm under pressure, presentable and a love of all things wedding & guests are all key.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage the wedding on the day with front of house team
- Thrive to exceed customer expectations
- Diary management
- Keeping CRM system up to date
- Conduct viewing appointments with potential couples

**Person Specification**
- Friendly, smiley, sociable and welcoming to our guests and customers.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Confident and self-motivated.
- Able to work unsupervised in a busy environment.
- Well presented at all times.
- Maintain excellent time-keeping and attendance.
- Be flexible in working hours and days of the week worked.
- Be professional at all times.
- Be able to communicate well with people of all levels.
- Supervise, train and develop others.
- Support, encourage and motivate others.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £15.00 per hour
