**The Company**
Nigel Wright is delighted to be recruiting a Marketing and Communications Executive for a leading North-East based food manufacturer.This company has gone through exceptional growth and is looking for an office based marketing professional to grow marketingand communications output as the company continues to flourish.
**The Role**
The Marketing and Communications Executive will lead the daily activities of the marketing team and have a strategic approach all communications with the goal of increasing awareness of products.Main duties include;
- Work collaboratively with other business functions to ensure a joined-up marketing approach
- Create the marketing strategy
- Manage a rolling programme of campaigns - develop creative and exciting campaigns to project brand message
- Evaluate campaign performance and report to the SLT
- Work with external marketing support and agencies

**The Person**
- Knowledge of customer profiling and experience in competitor analysis
- Experience in brand marketing and an understanding of how to develop and communicate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to write effective copy.
- Hold a relevant marketing qualification or have equivalent experience.

**Salary and Working Arrangement**:

- Salary - Competitive
- Working pattern - 08.45 to 17.00 Monday to Friday
- Office based
