Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels alongside the warehouse stock-taker and help conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate stock levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency
- Train and develop warehouse staff on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with business processes
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, generate reports, and analyze data for process improvement
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping or receiving process

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage workflows
- Ability to operate mechanical equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks, must have full counterbalance licience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes, including accurate documentation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
