**Job Summary**:
The Forklift Truck Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of forklift truck operations within a designated area or facility. This role involves coordinating FLT Drivers: ensuring safe and efficient operation of forklift trucks. The Forklift Truck Coordinator will also be responsible for scheduling maintenance and repairs, training operators on proper procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of forklift operators, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Inspect forklift trucks regularly to ensure they are in proper working condition, and schedule maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Enforce safety procedures and regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment, safe operating practices, and compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for forklift operators to promote a culture of safety and awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of forklift operations, maintenance schedules, and safety inspections.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, including warehouse, production, and logistics teams, to coordinate activities and resolve any issues that may arise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £16.31 per hour
