As a Challenge Support Officer you will support the CivTech team in the delivery of key aspects and activities of the programme.

The primary base will be in Codebase, Argyle House, 3 lady Lawson Street, Edinburgh, EH3 9DR however there will be opportunity for hybrid working.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the CivTech team in the delivery of a variety of key aspects and activities of the programme.
- Monitoring and coordinating queries and responses from the central team inbox.
- Assisting and managing effective record management of programme related documentation, in addition to maintaining workflow process and tracking records.
- Collating and distributing programme related information, documentation and activities to internal and external stakeholders and participants.
- Organising and scheduling internal and external meetings as well as supporting the coordination and smooth running of a variety of events such as live Q&A Sessions, interviews, welcome sessions and workshops.
- Support the Challenge Managers in drafting agendas and related papers, recording meeting minutes and note taking.

- 1. Strong organisational skills, with a proven ability to work flexibly to meet unforeseen and changing demands to deliver to agreed timescales and deadlines.
- 2. Excellent IT skills including extensive experience of using Word, Excel, Outlook.
- 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders to help ensure team goals are met.
- 4. Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently with minimum supervision to achieve objectives.
