**Main duties will be **_(full training provided where necessary)_**:_
- Researching information from various sources, including providers of financial products
- Drafting advice reports
- Contacting clients and setting up meetings, either within an office environment, virtually via Teams/Zoom or in the business premises
- Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation
- Deal with incoming/outgoing post, scanning, printing
- Obtaining documents from clients and uploading to lenders, providers and client files
- Liaising with underwriters, solicitors, accountants and estate agents
- Maintaining a positive relationship with customers
- Working to deadlines to ensure customers achieve their dream move
- Prioritising and organising your workload to ensure the best outcome is achieved
- Maintaining compliance with the FCA rules and principles and Code of Practice
- Meeting the regulatory aspects of the role, e.g. requirements for disclosure, costs of the services provided, and also the advised products
- Act ethically, impartially and always in the best interests of clients
- **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:_
- Exceptional customer service skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Must be able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to set deadlines
- Experience of mortgages and insurance is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided
- **Schedule**:_Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
