**About the job**

Cotswold Farm Park is seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator to join our team.

As an in-house Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms, for a variety of channels, as well as designing visually appealing graphics and producing high-quality photography and video/audio.

**Core Responsibilities**:
Working to a brief that will be set on a task or project basis, to deliver the following:
**Design**
- Create engaging and visually compelling graphics using **Canva**, to be used across internal and external comms, both in print and digital.

**Photography**
- Produce high-quality **photographs** to support social media campaigns, website content, and marketing materials - both in a candid style and with scheduled photoshoots.
- Photography equipment provided will include a DSLR camera and a smartphone.
- Photography will principally be used on advertising campaigns, social media and our website.
- We require an ongoing and current portfolio to be maintained for use across the business, ensuring tagging and archiving practices are followed.

**Video & Audio**
- Capture regular marketing and storytelling content in the form of **short form videos**, using smartphones or similar devices for fast turnaround and publication.
- Schedule and produce long form content in the form of **YouTube** series or episodes, working closely with stakeholders to develop series plans, filming schedules and then deliver filmed content, post production and publishing.
- Spearhead the planning and implementation of **podcast** production, overseeing all stages from supervising both pre and post-production processes, ensuring the delivery of quality content.

**Storytelling**
- Capture and develop content and stories to assist the marketing team with growing engagement across various **platforms**, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
- This role requires a creative mind - adept at storytelling, brand communication, and fostering audience connections

**Experience**
- Organising and delivering photoshoots, using models, lighting and props.
- Managing multiple work streams and multiple projects - capable of thriving in fast-changing environments with strict timelines.
- Creative outlook for storytelling and crafting engaging content.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation working to external briefs (employers or clients).
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences, best practices, and content trends.
