Are you looking to become a SEND Teaching Assistant in Hull and looking for work?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for dedicated and flexible individuals who are considering a career as a Teaching Assistant to join us and train to become a Teaching Assistant and work in Primary or Secondary schools in North Lincolnshire. Thesepositions are to cover additional workload in schools and will be assisting students with 121 catch up and general pastoral support. The Academies that we work with in North Lincolnshire are looking for Trainee Teaching Assistants who can get stuck in, supportthe teachers and also have the ability to build relationships with the students, engage them in their learning and offer pastoral support when required. You will be confident, enthusiastic, friendly, a great communicator and be educated to GCSE level withgrades of 9 - 4 (A-C) in English and in Maths. The rate of pay is £70 per day. The roles are to work within SEND setting so experience of SEND would be ideal but not essential.

Transferable skills from Care Backgrounds, Sports background, psychology backgrounds would be an ideal fit for this role. Tradewind will offer you full training and lots of CPD to get you confident enough to start your journey of working in schools. Previousexperience of working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential.

- Have experience of working with young people aged 5-16 (preferable but not essential if you have the right attitude and personality).
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
