Teaching Assistant for Students with Challenging Behaviours

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work with students who require additional support due to challenging behaviour, providing individualised support and assistance in educational activities.
About the Job:This Teaching Assistant role involves working closely with students, parents, and staff to create a supportive educational community. You will provide one-on-one and group support to students with challenging behaviour, assisting in delivering educational activities and ensuring students' engagement in the learning process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of special educational needs and experience in supporting students with challenging behaviour. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to develop positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualised support to students with challenging behaviour.
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities.
- Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
£28-£36 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours:8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
