**Project Manager / Consultant (Healthcare Construction)**

**£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Flexible Working + Private Healthcare + Role and Pay Progression + Training**

Are you a Project Manager with a background in healthcare construction or renovation looking for a dynamic and autonomous role within a company which has grown exponentially since its establishment, where you will work on a variety of exciting, fast turn-aroundprojects, within the healthcare industry?
On offer is the opportunity to join a company that are experts in their field, playing an integral role in providing national government and private healthcare departments with new, affordable, flagship sites and process improvement implementation to servethe evolving clinical service and economy needs.
Your role will involve overseeing projects from enquiry stage to handover, this will require travelling to sites within the London borough with a 60% site, 40% office split. You will oversee multiple projects at a time, manage health and safety, conduct surveys,line manage all individuals on site, manage budgets and ultimately deliver the projects to budget and time.
This role would suit a Project Manager from a construction or M&E background looking for a varied and autonomous role within an exponentially growing company.

**The Role**:

- Full ownership and accountability for allocated projects
- Consolidating and documenting the fundamental components of projects (scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities and quality requirements)
- Organise / Chair / Lead multidisciplinary meetings with stakeholders
- Manage commercial teams in preparing budgets, planning and overseeing project procurement
- Manage technical commissioning of services with Trust Health partners and specialist design teams
- Perform risk management to minimise project risk

**The Person**:

- Educated to Degree level OR equivalent in relevant field OR Previous experience in similar position
- Experience in the Healthcare or Construction sector
